With the fresh format of a specialized fair we propose an event that will bring the pieces of international photographers and photographers closer to the general public. Fair open to galleries, schools, exhibition centers and curators to market their works and publicize their creators.
The fair is organized in three axes, general program, section only project curated by Pablo Lerma and Fiebre Photobook.
General Program – We put the focus of attention on the creators that are endorsed by an agent of the art circuit, whether they are galleries, institutions, schools or independent curators. From these three aspects, the contents of our fair are nurtured, seeking to connect the public with current photography.
Fiebre – For the second consecutive year Fiebre Photobook, a reference platform around the photobook, joins our event to create synergies with the creators who work in the book format and we will have the presence of publishers, independent labels and self-publishing.
Solo project – For the first time we selected five leading galleries in the international scene to participate in our fair with a solo project by an author who stands out for its freshness and development at the present time. This section formed by five galleries allows the fair to bring realities away from their location but linked by the photographic event. In charge of this selection is Pablo Lerma.
Application by the online form with a maximum of 3 authors per exhibitor and with a registration fee of 200€. This amount will be deducted from the price of the both and if it is not selected it will be reimbursed by bank transfer. Selected exhibitors will pay a price of € 1,200 + VAT per both(may present a maximum of 3 authors). Stand payment must be made before April 10, 2020. The space will be structured to accommodate a maximum of 20 exhibitors with stands. The price includes lighting, 20 VIPS passes and inclusion in the double page catalog.
During the fair there are a series of guided tours for collectors and institutions. We have the collaboration with Foto Colectania Foundation, Soho House Barcelona, MACBA Foundation and Col·legi Oficial d´Arquitectes de Catalunya COAC to prepare the VIP program, as well as an expressly trained department to attract this potential buyer audience. There is also a special program for the media and guest blogs during the event to maximize the visibility of all participants.
Our fair format allows exhibitors to risk and publicize their new values in a space expressly created for this purpose. For this reason the seventh edition places special emphasis on attracting foreign collectors who have a special interest in acquiring new talent.
