Toni Amengual, director of the online Master’s Degree in New Documentary Photography at LA BASAD, will conduct a round-table session with two of his students. They will talk about the evolution of reportage photography and photojournalism, analysing the tendencies of the 21st century and looking for new ways in which photography could reinvent itself and build both personal and universal stories. The two students will show their master’s final projects and explain them from the moment in which they got the first idea to the current one in which it finds itself as well as of where they see it evolving in the near future.
The protagonists of this session will be Marga Frara with her project Antonio y Ana y Luís Palomino with I went to paradise and got burnt, who will show their respective projects developed within their academic record in the master.
Two very different ways of understanding Documental Photography and materialising a project during the online educational process developed by LA BASAD.
